Is there still a debate about teaching kipping before having a strict pull up.
YOU ARENT FUCKING STRONG ENOUGH TO KIP.
You aren’t. The end. I don’t care what your squat is, or what your jerk is. You could have a body weight jerk, and no strict pull ups, and my consideration of you as a well rounded athlete is gonna fall flat on its face.
At least 1. Preferably 3. Then, then you can learn to kip.
